Hollywood Bingo Live (the "Game") is owned and operated by Ready & Take It LLC ("Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our"), 7300 Sunset Blvd, Ste L, PMB 1043, Los Angeles, CA 90046, United States. Individual game sessions may be sponsored or co-sponsored by third parties who fund that session's prize(s) ("Session Sponsor"), as identified within the App or livestream at the time of play. Reference to "Sponsor" throughout these Official Rules includes any applicable Session Sponsor as it relates to a specific prize.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Hollywood Bingo Live mobile application (the "App") or participating in any live bingo game show session conducted through it, you ("Participant" or "you") agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Game.
Hollywood Bingo Live is a free-to-play, live-hosted mobile bingo game show. A live host calls bingo numbers in real time via video stream; Participants mark corresponding numbers on a virtual bingo card within the App. Participants who achieve a qualifying bingo pattern during a live session, as determined by the App and confirmed by Sponsor, may be declared a winner for that session and become eligible to claim a prize, subject to Section 6 below and any additional instructions provided in the App at the time of the win.
Specific game formats, calling patterns, number of winners per session, and prize structures may vary by session and will be described within the App or livestream before or during that session. Sponsor reserves the right to modify game mechanics for future sessions at its discretion; such changes will not affect the outcome of a session already in progress.
The Game is open to anyone, worldwide, at no cost, subject to the following:
There is no cost, payment, purchase, or subscription of any kind required to play. Simply playing the Game does not guarantee eligibility to claim a prize — see Section 6.
Use of the App is subject to the age requirements in the App's Terms of Service and the applicable app store's terms. If you are under the age required to consent to those terms on your own behalf, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Official Rules on your behalf. Regardless of the age at which someone may play, no prize may be claimed by anyone under 18 years old — see Section 6.
To claim any prize won during a Hollywood Bingo Live session, the winning Participant must, at the time of the win and at the time the prize is claimed and awarded:
If a winning Participant does not meet these requirements, they are not eligible to claim or receive the prize. In that case, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, (a) award the prize to an alternate eligible Participant selected according to the game's rules for that session, (b) award no prize for that session, or (c) take any other action permitted by law. A parent or legal guardian may not claim a prize on behalf of a minor winner. No substitution of eligibility requirements will be made for any individual Participant.
Winners will typically be notified within the App and/or livestream at the conclusion of the qualifying session, and may also be contacted via the email address or phone number associated with their App account. Winners may be required to sign and return, within a time period specified by Sponsor (typically ten (10) business days from notification), an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legally required) a publicity release, as well as any tax documentation required by law (see Section 10). Failure to respond, comply, or return required documents within the specified time, or any indication of noncompliance with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, with the prize awarded to an alternate winner or not awarded, at Sponsor's discretion.
Prizes are funded by Sponsor and/or the applicable Session Sponsor and may include cash, physical merchandise, gift cards, trips, or other prizes, as described in the App or livestream for that specific session. The description, approximate retail value ("ARV"), and any restrictions applicable to a given prize will be disclosed within the App or on screen at or before the time it is offered.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor and its designees to use winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, and statements about the Game for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without further compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.
All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically described in these Official Rules, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners who receive $2,000 or more in prize value from Sponsor in a calendar year (or such other threshold as may then be in effect under applicable IRS rules) will be required to provide a completed Form W-9 (or equivalent) and will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the prize(s) received.
By participating, you release and hold harmless Sponsor, each Session Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property, including without limitation death, that may occur in connection with participation in the Game, entry into or use of the App, or the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GAME AND APP ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: (A) ANY TECHNICAL FAILURE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION MALFUNCTIONING OF ANY NETWORK, HARDWARE, OR SOFTWARE; (B) UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE GAME; (C) TECHNICAL OR HUMAN ERROR THAT MAY OCCUR IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE GAME; OR (D) ANY COMBINATION OF THE ABOVE.
Except where prohibited, each Participant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Game shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Game, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) these Official Rules and any dispute arising from the Game shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Hollywood Bingo Live is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and have no involvement whatsoever in, this Game, including without limitation its administration, prize fulfillment, or any related liability. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Game must be directed to Sponsor, not to Apple or Google. To the extent the App is downloaded via the Apple App Store or Google Play, use of the App is also subject to the applicable store's standard end-user terms, which govern that platform relationship independently of these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Game or any session if it becomes technically corrupted, is affected by unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control, or if any factor threatens the fair or proper administration of the Game. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the App, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Personal information collected in connection with the Game will be used in accordance with Hollywood Bingo Live's Privacy Policy and, where applicable, for the additional purpose of prize administration described in these Official Rules.

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the session in question.
